Leonardo was a professional from beginning to end. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. I was on a time crunch to have a 4 Point Inspection before my insurance non renewed, and Leonardo was able to work with me and moved his schedule to accommodate. Mr. Rubio was extremely sensitive to my needs and sent the inspection to my insurance agent same day. I would highly recommend Leonardo to anyone who asks where they can find a licensed home inspector. 10/10

Excellent work for a fantastic price

I called Rubio Home Inspection in the morning needing an inspection the same day. They got an inspector out to the job site a few hours later. Amazingly, they got out all my reports the same night, despite the contract saying that it could take 24-48 hours. Needless to say i was extremely impressed with the speediness in which they handled my home. They found many issues wrong with my home and explained them all to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an inspection, and i will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

At first I was pretty skeptical because of the price. However, the service they provided was easily worth 2 or 3 times what i paid. Which would still be less than the total that other companies were charging for the exact same service. The employee who performed my inspection was extremely attentive, and very kind. I got my report back the same day too which was very good of them.

This young man walked me through every minor thing wrong with the home I was looking to purchase. He even gave me step by step instructions on how some of the smaller issues could be fixed by me. His price was maybe half that of anyone else I called too.

I was assured by the current owner of the property that there was nothing wrong with the home. I hired Rubio Home Inspection, since a friend of mine who had previously hired them, gave them high recommendations. At first I was surprised at the price, being better than another company that i had called prior. I ordered a full home inspection from the company and was surprised at the amount of issues the inspector found with the home that I could not see. There were numerous electrical problems, mostly with the outlets. The owner of the home also painted over piping in the crawl space to make it try to look like PVC when it was in fact Cast Iron. That mistake could have costed me quite a bit, had Mr. Rubio not been so diligent to squeeze into that tiny crawl space. He also discovered that the dishwasher had not been properly fastened, which could have led to a leaking pipe and then a broken pipe. Mr. Rubio also found, what may be the single largest error, a hole in the second story roof. I have included a photo of this hole, that the home owner assured did not exist. I couldn't find any of these issues in the home myself, nor could I work up the nerve to climb onto a second story building. I beyond thankful for the top quality inspection that Rubio Home Inspection, LLC provided. The reports i received of the home and its issues were also extremely detailed and thorough, and i received them in a timely manner. All my questions were answered in a very knowledgeable manner. I will without a doubt be using Rubio Home Inspection to inspect my next home before purchase, and i highly recommend others to do the same.
